Returns Policy
14-Day Return Window
Items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
Process
- Email returns@threadveil.com with your order number
- Receive return authorization and shipping label
- Ship item back within 7 days
- Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt
Exceptions
- Final sale items are not eligible for returns
- Items marked as defective will be replaced at no charge
Return Shipping
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return for refund and place a new order.
